Vehicle Registration
By submitting this entry form, all entrants and participants in the Maplewood 4th of July Car Show release and discharge the Maplewood
Civic Association, the July 4th Committee of the Maplewood Civic Association, the Township of Maplewood and all their representatives of all liability and from all damages, injuries, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrants and participants to their person or property.
Furthermore each entrant and participant expressly agrees to indemnify all those named above.
The July 4th Committee retains the right to refuse any registration or vehicle on the day of the show.
After submitting your vehicle above, please pay the registration fee:
A copy of your registration will be emailed to you and a member of the committee will contact you with additional details about the event, contact cars@maplewoodcivic.org with any questions.
